NHS Sunderland CCG are organising a health engagement event, to encourage people with learning disabilities and their families / carers to come along and talk about what a good health check is, and offering support on how to ensure you stay healthy.
You will also have the opportunity to have some tests done at one of our pop up clinics on the day, to see how healthy you are.
This event is focused at people with a learning disability.
The event will take place on Monday 21 May 9:45AM – 3PM at the Stadium of Light, Sunderland SR5 1SU.
Registration will be available from 9:30am and there will also be light lunch and refreshments provided during the day.
