Dr Obonna has made the decision to retire on 30th September 2019. This means that patients will need to register with another GP practice.
Although patients can stay with DR Obonna’s practice until he retires on 30th September, we are urging patients to register with another practice as soon as possible. This is to ensure patients can continue to receive GP services without any delay.
Anyone who remains on the list after 1 October 2019 will be contacted to let them know that the practice has closed, and that they will be allocated to a different practice.
Patients can register with any GP of their choice, as long as they live within the practice boundary. You can easily find a practice at www.nhs.uk. The practice’s website will usually describe its boundary, or you can contact the practice to find out about its boundary and whether you can register with them.
There are currently two other GP practices delivering services at Southwick Health Centre. These are:

We are holding a drop-in information session at the practice, where patients will have the opportunity to ask any questions and find out more information.
